What Does the Senior Driver Assessment Include?
Our older driving assessment is thorough but straightforward. Here is what you can expect:
Before the Drive Your instructor will meet you at your home or another convenient location. They will introduce themselves, explain what the assessment involves, and answer any questions you have.
During the Assessment You will drive on local roads in your area for around 45 to 60 minutes. The instructor will observe your:
- Lane keeping and position on the road
- Speed management and hazard awareness
- Turning, merging, and roundabout use
- Observation at intersections and traffic lights
- Response to road signs and speed limits
- Parking and general vehicle control
Senior Driver Refresher Lessons Before Assessment
