How to Fast-Track Your 120 Logbook Hours
Understanding how Transport for NSW credits your logbook helps you reach your P-plates faster.
The 80-Hour Target
Combining the 20 Safer Drivers Course bonus hours with the maximum 20 bonus hours from 3-for-1 professional lessons reduces your required supervised driving from 120 hours down to 80 actual hours on the road.
10 Night Hours Requirement
The 20 bonus hours count toward your overall 120-hour total, but they cannot replace any of your 10 mandatory night driving hours.
Exclusion of Bonus Hours for Entry
Your initial 50 logged hours must be actual driving time. Bonus hours earned from 3-for-1 structured lessons do not count toward meeting the entry threshold for this course.
One-Time Credit
Bonus hours are credited once per learner licence upon completing Module 2 and cannot be re-earned by repeating the course.
Worried About Getting More Hours Without More Driving?
Complete both Safer Drivers Course sessions with AUZ Driving School, add 20 hours to your logbook, and gain practical knowledge to help you make safer decisions on the road without needing to spend extra hours behind the wheel.
