What a lesson costs where you are
Rates vary by town because of travel time. Minimum booking lengths are longer further from Dubbo, which means each session covers more ground.
Why rates differ by town
We are based in Dubbo, so a Dubbo lesson can start at a single hour. Lessons further out carry a longer minimum booking because of the travel involved — an hour and a half for Geurie, Wongarbon and Narromine, two hours for Wellington and Gilgandra.
That length is not a disadvantage. A two-hour session gets well beyond the basics: there is time to leave town, practise on higher-speed roads, work through manoeuvres properly, and still review it all before you get home. Students outside Dubbo generally need fewer total lessons as a result.
Every service, every town
There is no reduced service list outside Dubbo. Automatic and manual lessons, refresher lessons, night driving, weekend lessons, lessons for international students, senior driver assessments, the Safer Drivers Course and test car hire all run across the whole service area.
