Clear hourly rates, no surprises
Rates vary by town because of travel time. Every lesson includes pick-up and drop-off, and your logbook is signed on the spot.
NSW learner requirements: learner drivers under 25 need 120 hours of supervised driving in their logbook, including 20 hours at night. Completing the Safer Drivers Course reduces this by 20 hours.

What is included in the price
There are no add-ons and no fuel surcharge. Every lesson includes:
- Pick-up and drop-off from home, school, TAFE or work.
- A fully insured, maintained dual-control vehicle.
- Individual feedback after every drive.
- Your learner logbook signed on the spot.
- Automatic or manual instruction, your choice.
Why rates differ by town
We are based at 172 Gipps St in Dubbo, so Dubbo lessons start at one hour. Towns further out carry a longer minimum booking to cover the travel: an hour and a half for Geurie, Wongarbon and Narromine, and two hours for Wellington and Gilgandra. Longer sessions cover more ground, so students outside Dubbo usually need fewer lessons overall.
Night lessons and test car hire
Night lessons are $90 per hour with a two-hour minimum. They count toward both your total logbook hours and the separate 20-hour night requirement.
Dual-control car hire for your driving test is $120 per hour. We run a warm-up lesson immediately beforehand so you arrive settled rather than cold.
