The terms that apply when you book a driving lesson with AUZ Driving School.

Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and pick-up location with you. Minimum booking lengths vary by town and are listed on the pricing page.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Rates are listed on the pricing page and include GST.
Your responsibilities
You must hold a current, valid NSW learner or driver licence appropriate to the lesson, and have it with you. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may end a lesson without refund if either is not met.
Our vehicle
Lessons are conducted in a fully insured, registered and maintained dual-control vehicle. Your instructor may take control of the vehicle at any time for safety reasons.
Driving tests
Test bookings are made through Service NSW, not through us. Car hire for a test is subject to availability and is charged at the rate listed on the pricing page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
